Rob managed the design of civil works for a new mine during an ‘Early Contractor Involvement’ (ECI) phase, which led to the successful delivery of the works under a design and construction contract. Rob was very responsive to client requirements and was always ‘thinking outside the square’, with a view to doing things faster, safer and more cost effectively.
