Rob McCahill works with resource companies to transform technically promising projects into practical development opportunities.
Drawing on more than 27 years of experience in project development, estimating, study management, procurement, construction and project delivery, Rob helps owners integrate the many disciplines required to move a project forward with confidence.
His focus is on creating clear, executable development pathways that reduce uncertainty, align stakeholders and improve delivery outcomes from early project definition through to execution readiness.


Peter Habermann
Director

Peter Habermann, Director, is an engineer and project manager with 36 years in the mining, construction and property sectors. Peter has extensive experience in defining, developing, and delivering major projects. Capabilities include managing diverse teams in defining projects, feasibility studies, procurement of government approvals, design, procurement and appointment of contractors, and leading project delivery through to completion. Peter’s focus is on setting up projects for success and has a particular expertise in project delivery strategy and the preparation of project related agreements. Peter believes that the only truly successful projects are where all the stakeholders succeed and aims to set up projects to achieve that outcome.
Peter has particular skills in defining Project Requirements, project delivery planning, procurement & contract formation, managing design & studies, and · managing government approvals.
