Rob McCahill, Managing Director, has 25 years of experience across the resources and infrastructure sectors up to GM Precontracts for one of Queensland’s largest mining & civil contractors. He has led major tenders, delivered large projects, overseen feasibility studies and concept to detailed design services, managed major claims both on the contractor and client side and implemented significant business improvement interventions.

Rob’s experience includes highways, bridges, dams, rail, pipelines, marine terminals, land development, defence developments, minesite civil infrastructure, mining services, quarrying and processing plants/refineries. He has a wide commodity background including coal, gas, copper, gold, nickel, cobalt, tin, bauxite and phosphate.

Peter Habermann, Director, is an engineer and project manager with 36 years in the mining, construction and property sectors. Peter has extensive experience in defining, developing, and delivering major projects. Capabilities include managing diverse teams in defining projects, feasibility studies, procurement of government approvals, design, procurement and appointment of contractors, and leading project delivery through to completion. Peter’s focus is on setting up projects for success and has a particular expertise in project delivery strategy and the preparation of project related agreements. Peter believes that the only truly successful projects are where all the stakeholders succeed and aims to set up projects to achieve that outcome.

Peter has particular skills in defining Project Requirements, project delivery planning, procurement & contract formation, managing design & studies, and · managing government approvals.
