A Management Service for the Entire Project Lifecycle
At Projectick we work with project owners to assist in the development of their projects from early concept through to project delivery. This includes managing or assisting in studies, scope definition, cost estimating, planning & scheduling, risk analysis and quantification, procurement, contract formation, contract administration, project reviews and claims assessment.

Project Development
For many small miners, their skills are concentrated in resource assessment, marketing and finance. Projectick assists with the remainder of the processes required to successfully develop projects. We provide full-service project delivery, “pinch hitting” for particular elements where the owner doesn’t have the skills or time and regular reviews, such as project steering committees.

Studies
We implement rigorous approaches to ensure our clients can be confident with the study results. Simultaneously, we apply creativity to providing client objectives and identifying the lowest possible capital cost for project delivery.

Estimating
Projectick provides a full range of estimating services to both owners and contractors: from high-level conceptual estimates to detailed first principles estimates, as well as peer reviews, independent estimator reviews and even business improvement for estimating systems. Projectick also assists contractors with overall bid management, bid writing and technical/commercial reviews to achieve the highest likelihood of tender success within an acceptable level of risk.

Value Engineering
At Projectick, we have extensive capability in combining our experience and rigorous investigation to analyse how projects can be delivered safer, faster and more cost-effectively. We specialise in optimising onsite materials management, balancing capex and opex requirements and maximising present value of project costs and revenues across different potential scenarios.

Design Management
Through our design management services, we oversee designers to ensure they deliver on the objectives of owners in a cost-effective and timely manner, ensuring that designs are correctly documented and able to be safely constructed. Again, Projectick either manages the whole process or conducts interim reviews.

Procurement
Projectick assists project owners with preparing contracts, preparing tenders, managing the tender process, assessing tenders and forming contracts. We also provide an ongoing role in contract administration if required.

Project Reviews
We perform independent reviews of projects for both owners and contractors. These can be at any depth that the sponsoring entity requires and can include recommendations and even overseeing the implementation of the recommendations.

Claims Management
If difficulties are encountered in project delivery, Projectick assists in developing claims and quantifying them for contractors and assessing and quantifying them for owners. We always seek amicable outcomes in the first instance and provide expert advice for framing negotiations.

Business Improvement
Projectick performs diagnostic reviews of current business processes for both project owners and contractors, recommends areas for improvement and manages the implementation of those improvements as required.
